| About | Petrocentral is the first Plant in Indonesia which producing Sodium Tripoly-phosphate (STPP). STPP main purpose is as a main raw material in detergents that act as "water Softener" so that it can increase the net detergent. Besides Technical Grade, Petrocentral also produce STPP Food Grade by the end of 2005. The functionality of STPP food grade is as food ingredient (ingredients or food ingredients) such as in the processing of meat (sausage, meatball, Chicken nugget, etc.), livestock food, noodles, seafood and cheese. In the process of STPP food grade material functions as adjuvant to maintain the nature of the food after the process / concoction or freezing processes, solvent as the protein, to help the process of fastening between processed meat, forming a network on the material processed, enriched in the taste and color of processed food, maintain the water contents of food so that food will be more elastic and nature of food can be maintained. Because of the high purity food grade STPP can be mixed with other materials such as powder or liquid. Since 2004, Petrocentral has obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification on quality management system (Quality Management System) to produce and sell the STPP. Certification is obtained from the Standard Assurance and Innovation (SAI) Global Limited and The International Certification Network (IQNet). In the early years of ISO 2009 certification has been updated to ISO 9001: 2008. |
