We, Pradip Overseas Ltd. , Group of Companies were established in the year 1980 by Karia family of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It is currently headed by Mr. Pradip Karia who is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Group companies. With a view to diversify into new prospective business and build on its core strengths the Group entered into agro commodities business in the year 2000. In the first quarter of the financial year 2006-2007 the group exports has reached USD 65 million (INR 2990 million) and is projected to reach USD 250 million (INR 11, 500 million) for the full year.
