| About | Pt. Biliton refinerindo (hereinafter reffered to as "biliton") is a company fully registered under the laws of indonesian. Biliton has been specially established, for the building and operation of a crude oil refinery, to be located in the province of South sumatra, in the republic of Indonesia. Biliton has developed a feasibility study, including a detailed financial model, for the refinery. Major financial institutions and construction companies that specialize in refinery projectshave reviewed this study and biliton has received encouraging statements, favorable comments and certain commitments from these parties. Biliton is currently processing the licenses and permits required to build and operate a refinery in the republic of Indonesia. Biliton is now soliciting for expressions if interest and commitments from bona fide sponsors to join biliton, to support the realization of this refinery project. The detailed feasibility study is available for presentation to potential sponsors, joint venture partners and / or project funders. |
