Quantity: 20, 000 Mt + / - / per month, rolls and extensions, can be extended. Contract Period: Min. Twelve (12) months, rolls and extensions. Price Unit: FOB Port of Belawan NORTH SUMATRA, defined minus ( 40. 00 / 50. 00 U. S. dollars) per Metric Ton of market price Rotterdam CIF at the time of contract signature. Payment terms: The payment should be in US Dollars and made by an Irrevocable transferable, revolving documentary Letter of Credit (L/ C) issued by top 25 World Class Bank (by HSBC is preferred) , payable 100% at sight. Inspection: By Societe Surveillance Generale (SGS) Or other equivalent Independent. Export inspection Certificate of Quality, Quality and Weight. Delivery: Quantity will be shipped within (25 35) days or less from the date of SELLERS banks acceptance of the DLC for the monthly amount of the contract. PROCEDURES: We only serve buyers who want to publish the BCL and ICPO. 1. Buyer send the BCL and ICPO. 2. After seller receiving the ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) with full Banking Detail and BCL, seller send a contracts letter draft to buyer for reviewing and signing. 3.
