| About | Pantak International Co is a Hong Kong based manufacturer with manufacture facilities at the Pearl River Delta. Our production plant consists of 2 in-house sections, plastic injection and cut & sewn. For plastic injection section, we have 11 injection machines and are currently running the collectable figurines (PVC) with meticulous details and baby toys in stringent safety requirements. We have also accumulated good experience in the fabrication of 24 to 32 cavities injection tooling from our previous handling of the plastic (ABS) novelty push pin projects. For cut and sewn section, we currently have total 300 sewing machines and 500 workers. Our production lines mainly produce OEM Soft / Stuffed Toys Items for the U. S, Japan and European markets. Since we have been running manufacture programs for major toys / food companies and juvenile products industry etc, the sanitary condition and quality control procedures of our facilities have been graded to the international standard.
