| About | RPCA is an organization registered with Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg No. CN200716941 existing under the Philippine laws. This organization aims to educate fanciers and hobbyists in form of trainings and seminars on pigeon production; promote the sport of pigeon racing and showing; foster camaraderie among members; introduce new breeds and bloodlines of pigeons for upgrading and hybridization of local pigeon breeds; discourage members to participate in any form of gambling and deceit during pigeon race; support the government against juvenile delinquency and drug abuse through membership of this organization; be a model to other pigeon racing clubs and organizations; and be the host in the sport of racing pigeon in Asia and other participating countries.
