| About | Renqiu Taida Foundry Co., Ltd. is an integrated unit with the combination of science and research, design and manufacture. Established in 2003, we start with a high point. After seven years' development, our fixed assets have achieved 13.2 million Yuan with a 6000 square-meter workshop and a 660 square-meter R&F facility. With the strategy of valuing high-tech talents, we have introduced 9 employees with Bachelor Degrees, 18 ones with College Degrees, 22 technicians and 18 engineers of casting, molding, surfing and machining. We own two sets of hot smelting blast furnaces, one set of High-frequency induction furnace, casting and processing machines and product research and testing facilities. Besides, we have clay sand, resin sand and LFC "V" France casting production lines, with annual production capacity of eight thousand tons. In July 2003, we won "Chinese famous building material construction projects recommended certificate"; In March 2004, we were certified by ISO9001 system; In November 2004, we got the certificate of "Quality, Service, Reputation AAA Company" which is awarded by Chinese Building Material Market Association. At the same time, we got the certificate of "China Top Ten Brands of Well-known Anti-theft Covers"; In December 2004, we passed the certification of EN124. With the technique backup of Beijing University and Scientific Research Units, we manufacture three series of products in more than eighty varieties. Associating with municipal facilities, we supply iron water pipe fittings, machinery accessories and indoor table water separators of PPR / PE. All the manhole covers have passed the test of seal, moisture-proof, shock-proof and the temperature tests under the circumstances from minus forty degree centigrade to one hundred and eighty degree centigrade, achieving or exceeding the standard value of "Cast Iron Check Cover" (CJ/T3012-1993) and "Ductile Iron Pipe Fittings" (GB/T32 94.5-1991). All contact surfaces are machining processed & noise elimination designed to reduce environmental pollution maximally.
