In 1997 Rippedsheets found an inkjet printable high gloss photo paper, and coated it with self-adhesive to make a high quality inkjet label material. With special Short Run die cutting machines developed at Rippedsheets,10 - 500 sheets of label materials could be custom die cut into any size and shape within 24 hours without a die charge. Since then, Rippedsheets has developed dozens of printable label, tag, paper, and fabric materials not available elsewhere that have higher performance characteristics for a variety of harsh environ and graphic uses. If Rippedsheets "two page" home page does not have the material you are seeking, as a part of our "SAY YES" effort, we will quickly find or manufacture the material that meets your special requirements in the low or high quantity you need. Since we are a custom manufacture of specialty printable materials, we are more of a traditional manufacturer. We take most of our orders over the phone to help customers identify the correct materials for their applications. Since most orders are custom sized and/or shaped, we email custom templates to our customers. Rippedsheets sends out hundreds of material sample chips a month for application testing. |
