| About | Rizhao City Hongfeng Machinery Factory was founded in May 2006 with registered capital of 20 million Yuan. We are located in Fort Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Rizhao City. Our factory mainly produces auto parts. The main products are automotive steering knuckles, air filters, pedal brackets and pullers, and we have long-term & cooperative relationship with Fukuda, JAC, Five Levy Group, Changzhou Diesel Engine Factory and Changzhou Matching Engine Plant. Our factory covers an area of 60 acres, and has a plant and ancillary rooms covering more than 10,000 square meters. Our firm introduces advanced equipment and exquisite technology, and organizes production strictly in accordance with national norms. Currently our firm has 80 sets of equipment, including air filter punch lines, 2 assembly lines, 1 coating line, 1 welding line, 1 variable-speed production line and 3 steering knuckle production lines. Our CNC machining center is equipped with 10 sets of advanced equipment and was put into production in July 2008. In 2007 our annual output value was 15 million Yuan and in 2008 the value was 30 million Yuan. In 2008 our company decided to invest 30 million Yuan in 5 automotive steering knuckle production lines, with an annual output of 400,000 Knuckles. In the coming 2 ~ 3 years, we strive to take a leading place in the line and get the annual output value of 200 million Yuan and annual profits of 20 million Yuan. |
