| About | RUDLON Engineering operates in the bottling and food manufacturing industries. I manufacture replacement parts which are too expensive to import or which the customer insists be manufactured locally. Drawings are normally given with each order, however should a drawing not be available I then do my own copying of existing components, which is then filed using the customers part No. As reference. Change parts for fillers KHS, SIMONAZZI, FILMATIC, FOGG, etc, Ebi and Labelers Krones are also designed and manufactured by me. Machine modifications gripper heads-bottle crater and uncrater and machine overhauls wear parts are done in my work shop. The following capabilities are available in my workshop, CNC milling with 4th axis milling capability Infeed worms etc, 3D CAD / CAM design, and digitally controlled lathe. Capabilities are not restricted to my workshop, I have a close working relationship with laser cutters, sheet metal workers and CNC pipe benders.
