| About | Rugao City Qiangsheng Plastic Chemical Machinery Factory (Rugao City Rugao Plastic Machinery Factory) is the designated enterprise of the original Light Industry Department, and China's kneading machine manufacturers. The National Manufacturing Standard for Kneading Machine was formulated by our factory. Integrating excellent technical experts from all kneading machine manufacturing companies, we have become a domestically large-sized manufacturing base for kneading machines. After wining the bid of ZH-1000 Vacuum Kneading Machine of Zhejiang Xin'an Chemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd. in October 2002, in July 2003, under the instruction of domestically famous silicon rubber expert, professor Jiang Chengyong, we renovated the structure of agitating valves, the main components in kneading machine, which increased 50% of the working efficiency after being applied by Zhenjiang Hongda Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. This renovation has changed the history that the domestic silicon rubber industry requires imported kneading machine, and also replaced the application of Banbury mixers, thus making great contributions to the rapid development of the silicon rubber industry of our country. The ZH-3000 vacuum kneading machines we designed and manufactured for Jiangsu Gaoyou Auxiliary Factory which focuses on the pigment and dyestuffs industry, are initiated in the country. The successful development of the machine marks the domestic kneading machine marching into the world market, and has changed the passive position to import expensive kneading machines from foreign countries, thus saving foreign currencies for the country, and making great contributions to the rapid development of the chemical industries of our country. For so many years, we have been keeping improvement and renovation, and have stimulated rich manufacturing experiences for kneading machines. Absorbing advantages of domestic and foreign kneading machine manufacturing technology, we first developed the improved vacuum kneading machine in the country, and our products have won praises after being applied by users including Zhenjiang Hongda Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Xin'an Chemical Industry Group, Sicuan Chengguang, Nanjing Tongjue Company, Guangdong Foshan Hualian, Haier, Meiling, Prima, Chunlan, China FAW Group and China Airline Research Institute.
