| About | I have access through a mandate to 17 rwa buyer's of several types of petroleum products. I am looking for real, serious, ready, willing, and able seller's who will send a fco which is signed, sealed, and on the signatory seller's letterhead. The buyer's do not send out a loi, bcl, icpo, or allow a soft probe. They have been in business for 45 years, and expect to receive the fco and/or draft contract first.
