| About | Our customers are distributors, retailers and design agencies around the world. We manufacture high quality, technically specified and customer designed products. We form part of the design and China conversion and manufacturing strategy. Using any determined complex combination of materials and manufacturing processes, our products are produced in our factories in Southern China with pricing and production capacity advantages, and are shipped worldwide. Since 1996, SAP Products Ltd. (shorted as SAPP) has been developing the quality and value of our designs, diversifying services and processes, whilst using manufacturing experience and technologies to bring ideas into reality. SAPP has subsidiary sales offices in the UK, the USA, Australia and South Africa. In our factories, we have core disciplines of processing materials, which allow us to produce any complete design solutions. We process all raw materials and components according to design engineering solutions and manage the quality control process in-line and at final assembly before dispatch. Our operations have been audited by the QC and production controllers of major FMCG. SAPP always invites customers to send their technical management to visit our offices and factories, not only to make a first-hand suitability assessment but to ensure the compliance with international requirements for the care of the environment, working conditions and health and safety. Although we monitor quality control procedures in both SAPP and partner factories, we suggest you specify your own. Typically, such procedures include customer approval of factory drawings and production specifications, then of pre-production and finally of production samples before the manufacture can begin in earnest. All relevant British, American and EU standard testing can be arranged in China to meet customers' needs. Before the delivery, a detailed production report can be prepared for customers who are also welcome to deploy their own quality controllers on site. Alternatively, OEM orders can be arranged for independent inspection on customers' behalf by companies like SGS or Intertek.
