SIMWA, is a young dynamic business offering exceptional services. The company was founded by a couple who have between them a total of 10 years of experience in the Transport / logistics industry. It is our wish to replicate in the lmport-Export business. The main owners of Simwa is a Family and the personnel component consist of the Director, Accountants, Manager, Public Relation Officer, Secretary, Drivers and Mechanics. Its core business is the provision of services to the country at large such as the one of providing Import-Export services to the companies at large. Given the diverse expertise and knowledge of its owners and employees, Simwa are condemned to succeed.

Our primary target market is Europea, Africa, Asia, U. S. A.
This is where we see our role. While we can not guarantee 100% safety, we are a company who understand the security concerns of Business. . .
Although we are big enough to face up to the challenges of the industry, we are small enough to ensure that every Business receives our personal attention.

SIMWA is owned by a couple. Their member interest stand as 40% for Mrs. Racheal N`gandwe Simwawa while Mr. Gift Simwawa holds 60% interest. It is evident from the foresaid that Mr. Gift Simwawa is having the major interest and thus the controlling interest. A couple have vast experience in administration and will be part of the decision-making.
6. Management
The management of Simwa will consist of some members and the other senior staff members such as the Director, Accountant and Managers. Management comprise of people with lot of management, financial and human resource skills and knowledge. There is common understanding between members and management that at the initial stage the compensation will not be that much but will be reviewed as profitability increase.
7. Technical assistance
The Technical component will consist of the qualified Management. They are aged between 25 and 55 years with a vast experience from their previous employments.

8. 1 Director:
{a} Meeting with customers, worker and vendors to discuss business and to solve their problem.
{b} Liaising with customers on daily basis e. g. Telephonically, faxes, etc, discussing business matters.
{c} Advertising and marketing business to the people.
{d} Visiting vendors on request to discuss business and to solve their problems.
* The director is the key person in the company, he / she can sign and enter into any agreement only on behalf of the company after consultations with other members and
Stakeholders.
