Salmo Salar Seafood AS is a Norwegian Company with a sister company in the UK called Salmo Salar Seafood Limited. The company produces food products akin to food products containing meat, but where Salmon and fish is used instead of meat, but smell and taste is the same as if the food product should have been made of meat. The food products are therefore more healthy than meat products containing Omega 3 and vitamins that are not normally in meat products. The food products are currently made in Namsos which is a town in the middle of Norway but close to and with access to the sea for easy transport. The company is planning to open up similar food production plants in other countries based on the same concept as the Norwegian plant. |
