| About | Our company was established in 1983 in Istanbul / Turkey. Actually we have a production staff of 150 workers and 16 experienced, dependable and reputable engineers. Santek manufacturing facilities are in Izmit and very close to one of the major motorway and seaport. Our 11, 000 m2 workshop has been built on a 20, 000 m2 piece of land positioned in a major industrial area. The workshop comprises of three halls of approximately 150m in length and a workable height of 22m. Our cranes up to 60 tons provide the mechanical muscle needed for large capacity projects. We have been acting as an EPC contractor and manufacturing desalination plants, pressure and unpressure vessels, ductings, evaporators, condensers, storage tanks, columns, drums, prefabricated pipings, piping systems, shell and tube exchangers for mainly European market like Germany, Belgium, France, The Netherland, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Finland, Italy and also for other markets like Romania, Russia, Azerbejian, Syria, Iraq, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Yemen, Iran and USA. We have a separate QA / QC department and have been working with third party inspection companies like TUV, Lloyd, Bureau Veritas in various projects. Our QA system in accordance with ISO 9001 is certified by Bureau Veritas. In addition to that we have ASME U, S and PP stamps, EN 729-2 certificate, GOST certificate and CE marking. |
