| About | Secret Cellar, as a concept is an imported wine preservation system which is manufactured by winekeeper and for which Secret Cellar Limited have the exclusive rights for the territories of the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. The system is housed in a temperature controlled display cabinet, which allows the user to serve wine, either red, white or rose by the glass via a patented faucet system. The wines are preserved in the cabinets using the winekeeper nitrogen preservation system, therefore minimum wastage is achieved, the life span of the wine is increased anything from two to three weeks, allowing the client to gain maximum profit from each and every bottle of still wine. This also then allows the restaurateur, hotelier, off-licence, supermarket or private user serve higher quality wine safe in the knowledge wastage has been significantly reduced and at the same time profits have increased, quality and freshness are preserved and therefore maximum enjoyment achieved.
