| About | Shandong Dengsheng Safety Products Co., Ltd. founded in 1999 is a leading enterprise producing various kinds of working gloves. Now Dengsheng has more than 800 staff working in 9 dipping workshops and 1 knitting workshop making a daily output of 25,000 dozens of gloves with an annual worth of 250 million US dollars. The products include Latex coated, crinkle finish and sandy finish gloves; Nitrile coated, smooth finish and sandy finish gloves; Foam Latex coated gloves; Foam Nitrile coated gloves; PU coated gloves and Cut-resistant gloves, etc. All these are widely used in many fields, such as construction, coal mine, machine maintenance and petrochemical industry. The factory brought in 6 full-automatic production lines, among which 3 were introduced from Japan. Gloves produced on these lines have more steady quality. The Latex coated crinkle finish gloves produced on these computer programming technology lines have many features: not easy to peel off form the shell, uniform crinkles, non-blooming, environmental friendly and abrasion resistant etc. Advanced PU production lines adopt unique technology processes and ingredients. The mounthly output is 50,000 dozens. PU gloves are welcomed because of comfortable feeling and strong abrasion resistance as well as good dexterity. As for Nitrile coated, sandy finish gloves, Dengsheng adopts the most advanced production line which equipped with computer programming technology. Technology and process improvement done to this line is most advanced and scientific. Compared with traditional technology and process, the quality of nitrile coated, sandy finish gloves is much better on abrasion resistance and slip resistance than that of traditional gloves. The test report from CTC shows that abrasion resistance of this gloves is over 8000 rpm which indicates level 4 according to EN388 standards. The improved technics has won a great of praise from customers. In 2010, Dengsheng has developped the world leading technics level glove---SuperFlex. Significant breakthrough was obtained both in the glove liner and dipping technology. This SuperFlex glove is breathable, excellent dexterity and more comfortable to wear and has came to be known as the Hands Second Born Skin. There are more than 1000 knitting machines for different varieties liner knitting producing 12,000 dozens of quality liners per day in the knitting workshop. 5S management system is well and strictly operated in the company.
