| About | Shanxi Dehui Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that attracted investment from outside under the leadership of the government of Taiyuan. The O.D. 219mm hot-rolled seamless steel tube production line in our company filled up the blank of Shanxi in this field. It was listed as a key industrial construction project by the government of Taiyuan. Our company covers a land of 6.5 hectares, with the investment of 0.3 billion Yuan. We started to prepare for the construction in early March, 2007 and went into production in March, 2009. Our main products are oil casing collars, low and medium pressure boiler tubes, fluid transportation tubes, mechanical processing tubes, hydraulic props, petroleum and chemical tubes and drill collar tubes, which are mainly used in fundamental fields, such as petroleum, chemistry, coal, automobiles and mechanical processing. The completion of this project is stimulating other industries, rewriting the tube supply history of Shanxi and becoming the main force participating domestic and international competitions. Equipped with perfect automation systems, Shanxi Dehui sticks to tenet of "high starting point and high standards" with advanced perforation and tube-rolling technology in the world. The main body of our equipment has a diameter 21m regeneration ring type heating furnace, a fungus type puncher, a three-roller tube-rolling machine, twelve racks of three-roller micro tension diameter-reducing machines, a hydraulic pressure-locked eight-column straightener, an eddy flow crack-detecting machine and advanced physicochemical testing equipment. Our company is located in Taiyuan, Shanxi, next to Taiyuan West Train Station. With convenient transportation and advantages in resource acquiring, our products have the features of low cost, wide coverage, strong adaptability and high technology content, bearing a position in the ranking list nationwide by an annual output of 250,000 tons, annual sales income of 1.5 billion Yuan and profit tax of 0.15 billion Yuan.
