We are a professional card manufacturing company integrating design and production in one, with rich production experience and management experience. Our main products of cards include contact and non-contact IC cards, ID cards, telecom cards, a variety of magnetic stripe cards, whole magnetic cards, barcode cards, Medicare cards, charge cards, clothing labels, gold & silver cards, transparent cards, paper cards and various cards of other materials. Our company is equipped with many advanced production lines, from Heidelberg offset presses to automatic convex code machines and binding machines and from fully automatic machines to 20,000 pieces per hour of automatic red card machines. Our monthly output is up to 10 million pieces. Products are widely used in finance, transportation, postal services, telecommunications, shopping malls, tourism, insurance, medical, government departments, enterprises, schools and a variety of entertainment and other areas all over the world. Firstly, we have strong productivity For ordinary cards, our monthly output is 40 million; for IC cards, ID intelligent cards, contactless-type cards and formatted intelligent cards, our monthly output is 5 million pieces. Secondly, we have modernized production equipment 1. Brand-new production line: one Heidelberg Speed Master, one German single-color offset printing machine and two German double-colored offset printing machines 2. Three full-automatic six color silk printing machines and four color silk printing machines 3. We have two HX-60C automatic card punching machines that absorb the advantages of same foreign apparatus. Our daily output reaches 300,000 pieces. 4. Our Four YCY-215 type press machines can realize graded layer washing, pressurization and heating, and are suitable for all kinds of card processing, especially meeting processing requirements of non-contact-type IC, ID, and MI intelligent cards. 5. We have four type (1) HX-40DT and type (2) HX-40T high speed hot foil coders which absorb advantages of the same foreign apparatus, adopts computer control and integrates full-automatic oil lacking hydraulic pressure piled card, high speed yard making, and gold blocking in an organic whole. The daily output reaches 500,000 pieces. 6. We have one high speed MP65138LINX6200 type continuous black code gushing out machine. The daily output reaches 300,000 pieces. 7. We have three HZ200B full-automatic bronzing machines. We designed and produce perfect quality products. Thirdly, we mainly have four subordinate departments: 1. Factory department: A 220-people team with designers, technologists and skilled workers 2.
