| About | Shenzhen Lijia Smart Card Co., Ltd., was established in 1999. Our company is a PVC product manufacturer integrating design, production and sale together. We make every effort to lead the market trend with high-quality service. Seventy percent of our products have been exported to foreign countries since 2005. Firstly, we have powerful productivity. For ordinary cards, the monthly output is 40 million pieces; for IC cards, ID intelligent cards, contactless-type and formatted intelligent cards, the monthly output is five point five million pieces. For electrical labels, the monthly output reaches one point five million pieces. Secondly, we have modernized production equipment. 1. Three brand-new production lines: two new German Heidelberg four color offset printing machines, one German single-color offset printing machine and two German double-colored offset printing machines. 2. Three full-automatic six color silk printing machines and four color silk printing machines. 3. Two HX-60C automatic card punching machines that absorb the advantages of the same foreign apparatus and are designed for medium and small-scale card factories with computer controlled cylinder type hydraulic drift. The daily output reaches 800, 000 pieces. 4. Eight YCY-215 type press machines which are designed for medium and small-sized factories, adopt computer control which can realize graded layer washing, pressurization and heating, and are suitable for all kinds of card processes, especially meeting the processing requirements of non-contact-type IC, ID, and MI intelligent cards. 5. Eight types (1) HX-40DT and type (2) HX-40T high speed hot foil coders which absorb advantages of the same foreign apparatus, adopt computer control and integrate fully-automatic oil lacking hydraulic pressure piled card making, high speed yard making and gold blocking in an organic whole. The daily output reaches 500, 000pcs. 6. One high speed MP65138LINX6200 -type continuous black code gushing out machine; daily output reaches 500, 000 pieces. 7. Five HZ200B full-automatic bronzing machines, designed according to the medium and small-scaled factories' characteristics, produce meticulous and perfect quality products. Thirdly, we mainly have four subordinate departments: 1. Factory department: A 280 people team with designers, technologists, skilled workers and staff engaged in this industry. 2. Marketing department: With a large-scale show room, professional staff will recommend most exquisite and economic products to customers, process the craft according to different requirements, and present the corporate image ideally. 3. Export department: Pursue design processing, processing with customer's samples, assembling work of parcel received, design and developing new products. Our business covers such countries and areas as Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and others. 4. New product development department: With advanced computer design, we have developed all kinds of products for a long time.
