We are making PCBA for electronic products, such as wireless modem, HSUPA Modem,HSDPA Modem,EVDO Modem,EDGE Modem,CDMA Modem,wireless router, 3G wireless router,solar panel, solar garden light,Color CCD Cameras,IP Camera,Speed Dome Camera,PTZ Cameras,Standalone DVRs,Portable DVRs,smoke detector, electronic racing car(toys), power supply, dancing machine control board, MP3, MP4, Top-box mainboard, and etc. 90% of our customers are foreign companies, which are located in Spain, Japan, US, etc. Our US customers include DuPont, Roxor, etc. Generally speaking, we provide PCBA services in 2 ways. One way is that our customer provide us with material (such as components, bare PCB, etc.), and we just assembly the PCBAs for them. The other way is that we purchase material ( such as components, bare PCB, etc.) for the customer, and also assembly the final PCBAs. Our company's manufacturing capacity: (1) For SMT placement: we can place 2 millions SMD components per day. (2) For manual assembly: we have more about 200 operators in 2000 square meters factory, and are able to manually assemble 400,000 components per day. (3) Our Pick and place machines for Chip(small components) are 6 Samsung CP45 (made in 2009) and 2 SM421(made in 2008), which can place the smallest 0402 SMD components. (4) Our Pick and place machines for IC can place BGA with the smallest pin distance 0.5 mm. (5) We have 4 SunEast Reflow ovens with ROHS compatibility.
