Sichuan Aixin Wood Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the Industrial Park of Hongya County, Sichuan Province. Sponsored by CDB (China Development Bank), our company is the reconstruction-material provider after the earthquake in Sichuan in 2008, as well as a leading corporation which is based on local natural resource. Making use of Hongya County's abundant forest resource and focusing on the enormous demands of domestic market, our company started to build a production base in Jiangjun Industry Zone in 2007. Test production took place in June 2009. The project will use 167 acres. The 1st phase occupies 50 acres. Seven workshops have been built, among which the biggest workshop contains digitalized assembly equipment which is 300 meters long and features good quality, high efficiency and high automation. When the project is finished, the capacity can reach 1 million sets. Also, Aixin has our R&D team on manufacturing equipment. With 20-year experience of forest machinery production and the support from China Forestry Industry Association, Aixin Wood Industry Corporation establishes extensive series of products including mould-doors, paint-free doors, intensive compound doors, real wood compound doors, real wood doors and accessories and become a leading player in the wood door industry of China. |
