| About | SMART LAYER-3, S.L. is a company based in the industrial area of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, near the city of Barcelona (Spain). Since 1998 we have been manufacturing high-quality consumables for the production of plastic cards, and we have specialized in the production of overlay sheets with all types of magnetic foil. Our company produces overlay with magnetic stripes as per our customers' specifications. Our production equipment allows the application of magnetic stripes onto PVC, Polycarbonate, Polyester, with and without "coating" and paper. Moreover, the mobility of the magnetic foil stamping disks provides a great variety of formats and positions in which the magnetic stripes can be applied onto the overlay. Smart Layer-3, SL can also supply blank cards -with or without magnetic stripes- as well as card personalization foils for different kinds of printing (Indent, Embossing and Thermal Transfer (Monochrome, colours and YMCKO)) and for any equipment - Datacard, NBS, CIM, Eltron, etc. -, with an excellent colour adhesion and shine. |
