| About | I am a sole trader working on behalf of a registered company inplanted in algeria. They sell sugar icumsa 45 originating from brazil and they have a history of selling that particular product in the middle east through an agent in dubai. I am myself operating from europe. (london, united kingdom). I work on pure commission basis (av.2% of the total invoice). I don't get commission from the seller but from buyers only. I would myself put the buyer and the seller in contact when needed. As a matter of principle the agent is entitled to a commission for each and every order taken either through the agent or direct from the seller. The payment of such commission should apply for a period of time discussed and agreed beforehand between the two parties( the agent and the buyer). The seller is a genuine seller who needs only to deal with genuine buyers. |
