| About | A part of rs 400 crore turnover entity garg furnace limited, sudhir forgings supplies forgings of different components viz. Auto components like all types of bevel gears-pinions, levers. Crank-CAM shafts, crosses, crown wheels etc. And forgings used in construction like scaffoldings, thread bars (dywidag thread) and fitments like wing nuts of similar type. In addition to that we manufacture nuts, bolts, stouts, long thread bars upto 20ft length and different types of washers. We manufacture threads of both matric size and british standard size. We cover up both coarse and fine varieties of threads. We supply fasteners of nominal and high tensile grades upto 12. 9 grade and our fasteners confirm all these specifications as well as ASTM specification, we provide fasteners in plated conditions also. The company's diversification into forgings is a part of diversification having seen the boom in auto industry. We have fully equipped forge shop with modern tool room having cnc machines for producing accurate dies, a good lab with all kinds of metallurgical testing facilities, a good quality control section for all the dimension controls, an excellent heat treatment shop for doing conventional heat treatment as well as spheroidising treatment also and above all a very good team of well qualified and experienced staff and workers. |
