| About | Sun Polymers a leading manufacturer & exporter of various products used by roto moulded water tank industries. Since its inception in 1990, Sun Polymers has been pioneer in its field all over the years. It has established a brand image by introducing highly technical and import substitute products at regular intervals. We are using U.V. Stabilizer of Germany's CIBA Company. Our moulding shop is equipped with 14 Nos. of precise Injection Moulding Machines varying from 80 Tons to 600 Tons, (1 Gms. to 1600 Gms.) We are making the lid on American make injection moulding machine (600 Ton). We are making lid on higher tonnage machine as it shape and low thickness requires higher injection pressure and subsequently higher locking force i.e. 600 Tons. Our Lids range from 280 to 480 mm diameter suitable for Vertical (Roof/Cyindrical) Water Tank. We have designed & developed dome shape lid which is UNIQUE ; FLEXIBLE; LONG LIFE; U.V.STABILIZED Compare to the flat type Lid Design; used by most of water tank mfgrs.
