| About | Suzhou Hongtai Copper Products Co., Ltd. was established in 1989, specializing in the production of various high-precision copper capillaries. Our processing and testing equipment is introduced from Japan. We are a private technology enterprise of Jiangsu Province and a high-tech enterprise of Suzhou City. Our T2 and TP2 high-precision copper capillaries and copper alloy are mainly used in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, precision machinery, precision instruments, temperature controllers and other equipment. The diameters of our products vary from 4.2mm to 1.2cm, and outer diameter from 0.3mm to 3.6mm. The smallest inner diameter can reach 0.3mm. We also produce tinning capillaries with advanced tinning equipment. All of above-mentioned products can be customized into fixed-length straight pipes, coils, hoses, semi-rigid pipes and rigid pipes according to clients' requirements. Suzhou Hongtai Copper Products Co., Ltd. is also a high-tech enterprise specialized in the production of T2 and TP2 copper capillaries (CFC-free) and other related products. We have 20 years of history in producing T2 and TP2 copper capillaries and 10 years of history in processing molding tube parts (red positioning rings). Our company now has fixed assets of RMB16,000,000, more that 70 workers and 16 technicians. Most of our production equipment as well as technical software are introduced from Japan, and some of technical personnel and production personnel in related posts have been sent to Japan for training. Capillaries hole is processed into the best mirror by using floating plug and is repeatedly cleaned and dried under high pressure with environmentally friendly cleaning agent. Both the internal and external surfaces are clean. Pressure difference is measured by resistance difference. Our Linyun brand capillaries have received many awards. All indicators of our products have reached internationally advanced levels. In 1990, our products won the National Gold Medal.
