| About | Tangshan Dongfang Huasheng Casting Co., Ltd. (the original Fengnan Huasheng Steel Plant) was founded in 1997. With the rapid development of equipment industry, we expanded the new factory in Fengnan Coastal Industrial Zone in May, 2006. Our factory was put into production in October, 2007. Our new factory is 60km away from Jingtang Port, 80km away from Tianjin Port, 15km away from Jintang Highway and 3km away from Coastal Highway Fengnan Exit. Thus, the transportation is very convenient. Our company has invested a total capital of 123 million RMB in buying a plant of 100mu. Our yearly production capacity can reach 60000 tons, including 30000 tons of steel castings, 15000 tons of iron castings and 15000 tons of abrasion-resistant materials. Our company has the biggest yearly production and process capacity and the highest specialized degree in Tangshan. Our products are widely used in the areas of metallurgy, mine, power plants, railroads, cement, engine beds, wind electricity, nuclear power stations, astronautics, shipbuilding and other fields. Our company has also gained the certificate of ISO9001 Quality Management System. Our company has 11 intermediate bum-on furnaces from 1 ton to 10 tons, an 8 ton cupola and a 15 ton cupola, 2 electric heat treatment furnaces and 3 gas anneal ovens. The biggest cubage is 12m*8m*3.5m. We undertake the processing and heat treatment of big steel and iron casts below 100 tons. We have many testing equipment, such as CS analyzers, drop testing machines, hardness testers, flaw detectors and spectrum analyzers which can guarantee the stability and quality of materials. In order to provide better services, our company has bought 10-meter vertical lathes, 200 spindle rotary-table millers, 220 boring machines, 2.5*6m planer milling machines, 3.5*8m planer milling machines and accessory equipment. Therefore, we can provide one-stop service. Advanced equipment, excellent technology, perfect testing measures, high quality, low price as well as stable and sincere managerial culture all make Dongfang Huasheng a middle-sized enterprise. We provide products for Sany, Shenyang Heavy Machinery, Beijing People Mine Industry, Shangkuang Group, Shougang Group, Tangshan Steel, Wuhan Steel and other enterprises. At the same time, we also produce 33-cubic-meter cinder ladles for Baoshan Steel, slag pans for Kobe Steel, mill castings for Xinpu Steel, sugar making machines and heavy steel castings for French Fali Machinery, large abrasion resistance casts for a Russian company, alloy abrasion resistance materials (alloy hammers) for American QM International Company and rudder horn casts for Taiwan Jinju Precision Co., Ltd. Our company now has 320 employees, among whom 5 are senior engineers, 8 are engineers and 60 are technologists. The average age of the employees is 28.
