FABRICS: - Single Jersey Greige and Dyed Knit Fabric, 100 to 280 GSM, Body Size / Seamless Dia 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 34, 36 inch. - Pique Greige and Dyed Knit Fabric, 160 to 240 GSM in above diameters. - Rib 1X1 Greige and Dyed Knit Fabric, 180 to 240 GSM made on 18 GG / 30 inch Dia. (Also possible with Spandex / Lycra) - Interlock Greige and Dyed made on 24 GG / 30 inch Dia. We produce 300 tons per month of 100% Cotton Knitted Fabric (Greige and Dyed) . We also supply fabric with special finish like Bio Finishing / Enzyme Washing 100% cotton T-SHIRTS: - State-Of-The-Art Oeko-Tex Certified Knitwear Mill With Knitting, Dyeing, Stitching, Printing and Embroidery Facilities. - We produce Basic and High Fashion Cotton T-Shirts, Pique Polo Shirts and Knitwear, we can do waterbased prints, transfer prints, pigment prints, flock prints - We have Soft Flow Dyeing Plant equipped with latest machines from Thies (Germany) , Scholl (Switzerland) , MCS (Italy) , Jemco (USA) , Finishing machines from Fab-Con and Santex, Fabric Inspection Machine from Calator, Automatic Color and Chemical Dispensing from MCS (Italy) and Computerized Color Matching on Spectrophotometer SF 600. YARN: - 100% Cotton Ring Spun Raw Yarn Ne 20 / 1 to Ne 40 / 1 Carded and Combed for Knitting & Weaving, Siro Cleared / Contamination Controlled from Indian Raw-Cotton. We produce cotton yarn 950 tons per month in above count range. Please note on demand we can source synthetic blended yarn also through our associates.
