About TELEQUERY provides a highly-specialized set of telecommunication services to companies interested in rapidly communicating important information by telephone to their existing customers, or promoting their products and services to prospective customers. Note: Political campaigns, Business-to-business, business-to-established-customer, business-to-former customers, independent customer inquiries, calls from companies not selling anything during a call, and responses to mass-media advertising are specifically exempt from the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.



Our most well-known services include a proprietary, high-volume, power-polling capability. We are able to target by zip code, area code + first three digits, entire area code, state, region, nationwide,10 closest neighbors to registered voters, or into any of 19 other countries. When utilizing our full capabilities, we are able to produce over 100,000 call attempts an hour. Or, we can produce as few as 100.



For consumers or businesses answering our calls, we can deliver:



* a pre-recorded message with scripted questions and touch-tone or recorded answers; a completely interactive session with no need for any human intervention from you

* live agents/volunteers only (predictive dialing)

* a pre-recorded message only

* a pre-recorded message, wait for a specific keypress, and transfer to a live agent/volunteer (not a survey)

* a pre-recorded message, and transfer to a live agent WITHOUT a keypress ("... The current rate is... "[live agent speaks rate])

* an answering machine only message, with automatic processing of customer callbacks to the Caller ID we leave



All political calls can be delivered with or without Caller ID.



Our pricing is based on the length of time we're connected to a live party or answering device.



Once dialing begins, the characteristics and statistics of your program rapidly begin to emerge. If you are able to receive e-mail, our reporting will be sent to you as frequently as you wish; as often as once an hour.



Next, of the 15% (or more) who answer our calls, a small percentage will actually press the required key, so they can learn more from a live person, or for self-processing by a custom-designed, fully-automated, order-entry program.



Here's an example of keypress rates for commercial programs. Please remember, the keypress percentages shown are of only the answered calls, NOT the call attempts:



Dish Network Satellite TV ("DISH NETWORK"):3% (of the 15% who answered - or about four tenths of one percent of all calls attempted.100,000 attempts...15,000 answered = 15% of all attempted calls...450 keypresses = 3% of the 15% answered, which are then transferred to agents for more information or to be sold. )



We charge $0.0795 (just under eight cents) per minute to deliver your message, and the same for transferring keypresses to you or your agents to close the sale. There's a 12-second minimum call length, with a six-second increment. So, if a call lasts 19 seconds, you're billed for 24 seconds. The sales or customer service agents are paid on an hourly basis, and occasionally receive bonuses based on the number of sales concluded or prospects identified. We maintain contracts with teleservices centers in the US, India, and the Philippines.
