Testek Aerospace Products include Power generation test equipment to test AC & DC generators CSDs IDGs Variable frequency generators from leading manufacturers such as Hamilton Sundstrand Honeywell GE Smiths and Lucas. Custom manufactured generators are also supported. Systems are available from 50 HP to over 1500 HP AC & DC designs available. Systems based on Industry tested gearbox designs co axial gearbox and speeds up to 100 000 RPM available. Testek is the manufacturer of the A1650 the Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) to test Hamilton Sundstrand Honeywell and other manufacturers electronic boxes such as Generator Converter Control Units (GCCU) Generator Control Units (GCU) Bus Protection Control Units (BPCU) Bus Control Units (BCU) Transformer/Rectifiers (TR) etc.. Testek is the only manufacturer that can provide test equipment for the Boeing 787 electrical units. The Testek CATE supports the following 787 units GCU BPCU RAT GCU PCU etc. The A1650 is used and recommended by Hamilton Sundstrand. Testek manufactures hydraulic component test equipment for testing hydraulic pumps motors valves actuators servo actuators servos and other hydraulic assemblies. Testek systems are manual semi automatic or fully automatic systems with full data acquisition.
