| About | Tian Wei Sichuan Silicon Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of polysilicon and other related products in the solar industry. We are located in Xinjin, Sichuan province and our plant covers an area of 897 acres, with investment of 2.7 billion RMB. The annual output is 3,000 tons. The construction work of the project, which lasted for one year and 3 months, started in May 2008. We overcame the "5.12" Sichuan Wenchuan Earthquake, the international financial crisis and other difficulties. We got the first batch of polysilicon with a total weight of about 2,000kg on August 23rd 2009. The polysilicon quality reaches the international advanced level of solar grade. The production line uses the first level polysilicon production technology. It is a closed-loop process which almost eliminating the production of by-products or waste materials. This technology reduces energy consumption in the step from silane to polysilicon by 80-90 percent, and thereby we have lower production costs. This makes Tian Wei Sichuan Silicon become the most technologically advanced silicon firm in China. |
