The quality of our products is controlled by following stages: - Inspection of material is prior to production. - Arrangement of pre-production samples should be sent to our sales persons for examination. Based on correct samples received, samples will then be sent to our customers for their approval. We will also forward some samples for SGS testing if the items must conform to specific safety standards, such as EN-71, FDA, AZO free, and low cadmium content. - When everything has been approved / confirmed, our sales persons will sign an approval to confirm the production. Then, our QC members will follow-up the production by carrying out strict inspections during production and send production samples to our sales persons for examination. Samples will be sent to our customers for their reference / record. - Final AQL will be arranged when production has finished and goods have been packed. Shipment release will only be approved by sales persons after inspection passed. |
