| About | Tycon Alloy Industries (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. has built up a strong reputation in providing cost-effective stainless steel casting solutions for our clients from all over the world. Since 1995, Tycon has successfully developed over 10,000 different castings in a variety of applications with casting weight ranging from several hundred grams to more than 600kg per piece. We take pride in being able to supply top quality products to our discerning customers who are market leaders in their own industries. Our foundries are located in Shenzhen, China, covering a building area of 34,500sqm. During the past decade, over USD 10 million had been invested in casting hardware, machine tools and information technology. Today, we use both investment casting (lost wax) and resin sand casting processes. With a combined capacity of over 700 tons/month, Tycon is one of the leading stainless steel foundries in China in terms of both quality and capacity.
