We have our own system of handling inquiry from start till completion of the order. Our customer service department provides all information about the shipment. Our quality assurance department checks the raw material, inprocess & finished goods. Goods are properly labelled and kept at properly. Rejections are kept separate. Packaging is done properly so that material is not damaged in transit. Our technical & r & d department is involved in development of new applications & products as per customer requirements.
