| About | We are an organic farm located in northern Apulia, near the famous national park of Gargano, which embraces and surrounds our vineyards like an ancient Greek amphitheater. Our company owns territory of about 350 hectares , of which 103 hectares are vineyards. We produce also organically grown products such as olives, fruit and vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, wheat). The vineyards are situated at an altitude of ca. 200 metres, in location Posta Nuova of Apricena. These areas have a strong tradition of viticulture because of the nature of the land (rich of limestone) and the favorable microclimate: the fresh plateau is characterized by a constant ventilation and a wide temperature range. All the vineyards are cultivated according to organic farming methods and we produce organically grown wines from the grape such as: Greek Chardonnay Pinot Grigio Primitive Montepulciano Also we are going to produce Falanghina, Fiano Uva di Troia, Negroamaro Aleatico next year. Our wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables production is certified by major certification companies: 1. Organic Certification (ai sensi del reg. 2092/91, controlled by independent body of certification Suolo e Salute) 2. Global Gap certified by Suolo e Salute 3. USDA Nop certified by Suolo e Salute 4. Sedex membership 5. ISO 9001 and 14001 (in process of obtaining) 6. BRC (in process of obtaining) 7. IFS (in process of obtaining) Our company respects the environment carefully, everything is done in according with environmental sustainability, we use energy exclusively from renewable sources (photovoltaics), we use ecomaterials, we provide recycling and careful water management.
