Our company was established in 1984 and is specialized in manufacturing various types of springs. We boast 8000 square meters of workshops and 80 employees. We are devoted to developing and manufacturing high-quality products. Our leading products include various types of automobile springs, motorcycle springs, hydraulic pressure parts, refrigerator compressor springs and springs with different functions and shapes, such as pressing springs, clamping springs, pulling springs, central convex shape springs, drum shape springs, tower shape springs, variable section shape springs, wave shape springs, ring shape springs, square shape springs, flat shape springs, disc shape springs, asymmetric rectangular shape springs and other shape springs. The diameter of springs varies from 0.1mm to 50mm. We boast advanced production technology and equipment at home and abroad. Automatic digital/computer-controlled spring coiling machines for spring diameter of 0.10--50mm, automatic computer-controlled torsion machines for 3mm, universal automatic spring coiling machines for 0.2-18 mm, automatic spring grinding machines for 0.5--20mm, automatic shot-blasting machines, automatic static electric spraying machines, automatic gas protection vacuum heat treatment lines and other processing machines ensure our production capacity. We also have a complete set of advanced inspection devices, including test equipment for mechanical properties of raw materials, digital/microcomputer-controlled tensile and compression testing machines, hardness testers, ultrasonic detectors, automatic magnetic powder detectors, fatigue testing machines, carbon layer testing machines, chemical composition analyzers, adherence-resistance testing machines and other testers, which lay a solid foundation for the assurance of product quality.
