(hereafter referred as WHZY) is a large manufacturing enterprise engaged in special steel smelting, heavy forging and heat treatment as well as heavy machinery manufacture. We are one of the fast developing companies in the industry with great growth potential and an important basis of equipment manufacture in central China - Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Located in Xiangfan City, Hubei Province, Xiangfan Zhongye Yulong Special Steel Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of WHZY, is an enterprise specialized in supplying reliable and high quality products for equipment manufacturing industry, which also satisfies customer's individualized and specialized requirements. WHZY has already formed a sound managing system and has obtained ISO9001:2000 certification. We also established advanced and mature testing center to ensure the quality of our products. Also, we are able to make the replace import metallurgical products based on advanced international standards and technology. We have adopted Siemens-VAI and DANIELI technology and standards and are under the supervision of their engineers and authorized to use their brands and nameplates to provide continuous casting equipment for Xiangtan Iron & Steel Company, Nanjing Iron & Steel Company and WISCO, which also indicate that WHZY products are in international standard level. The heat-treatment division of WHZY group has 3 segments: special steel smelting, forging and heat-treatment and metallurgical rolling. The annual production capacity of our company is 160,000 tons of special steel, 12,000 tons of forgings and 5,000 tons of rolls and spare parts. Our market not only covers 20 provinces and cities in China, but also expands to Europe, America, India as well as Southeast Asia. Currently WHZY can provide all shapes of 3.15-37 ton quality ingots of alloy structural steel, alloy tool steel, die steel, roll steel, and heavy forgings, and die block of large size section (thickness under 1000mm). Our third construction phase will focus on heavy castings and forgings R&D, which is also the bottleneck of equipment manufacturing industry, and will introduce 6300 tons over forging pressing and matching smelting and heat-treatment equipment. Solid technology, large process capacity, well-trained workers, sophisticated quality control system and customer satisfying products help WHZY to have good performance in market. Taking "people oriented, innovation and development" as our policy and "revitalizing equipment manufacturing industry and creating national brand" as our responsibility, WHZY has been striving to be the specialized manufacturer of the world by providing energy efficient and environmental friendly products to diversified industries, such as metallurgy, mining, power and shipbuilding, and will gradually extend our business to tool-making, molding and environment protection areas. Our new manufacturing facility is located in Wuhan Yangluo Economic Development Zone and was built on 20000 square meters of land area with 50,000 square meters of area for manufacture and administration. |
