| About | Wuxi Juli Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing metallurgy ladles and metallurgical transfer cars. Juli built a new production base, located in south of Wuxi City. Our annual production capacity is 35000T. The maximum specification of our ladle is 490T and the maximum specification of metallurgical transfer car is 700T. Wuxi Juli has achieved the goal of "high profession, macro-scale operation, automatic and precise work". Juli occupies the largest market share in the domestic ladle and ladle car market. We have already provided JULI brand ladles and ladle cars for Bao Steel, Wu Steel, Ma Steel, SGJT United Steel Tianjin, Xinchen, Xinyun and Sha Steel. Juli has also increased the international share, and exported products to many famous iron and steel corporations from all over the world, such as JFE, SUMIKIN METAL, NIPPON STEEL, POSCO, SMS DEMAG, DANIELI, ARCELOR METAL, CSN and ERDEMIR. Juli has professional technology for producing various sizes of ladles and transfer cars. We use two-dimensional and three-dimensional design, and have the ability to design by ourselves as well as conversion design. Till now, two of our products have got patents including trunnion boxes of ladles (PATENT No. 02258051.4) and Molten iron tilting and desulphurization (patent No.02258050.6). Wuxi Juli solely drafted teeming ladle trade standard (YB/T4175-2008), and trade standard for selling transfer cars is under drafting. Besides, Wuxi Juli has already got ISO9001 certification. Juli manufactured 300T teeming ladles for SUMIKIN METAL in 2005, getting high praises for high quality and good service. In 2006, we have successfully manufactured domestic maximum specification 320T teeming ladles for ma steel and 480T metallurgy transfer cars. We have designed and manufactured 1200T big sized nuclear power equipment for Shanghai Linggang Heavy Industry Nuclear Power Project. Till now, we have basically finished the design and manufacture of SGJT United Steel 320T teeming ladles and 480T transfer cars.
