In house mixing facilities allow for the manufacture of raw materials ensuring repeatable quality and supply as required by our production processes. Product is manufactured to customers own specification, MOD, British or American civil and defence standards. Wye Valley utilise a full range of polymers and blends such as Neoprene, Nitrile, Natural, EPDM, Vamac, Viton, Epichlorohydrin, PVC/Nitrile, Butyl, Polyisoprene, Polyacrylate, Polyurethane, Styrene Butadiene, Silicone, Fluorosilicone. For Conductive O-Rings, Gaskets and Seals a range of Nickel Graphite, Silver and Silver Aluminium Silicone and Fluorosilicone materials are used. Connector components manufactured are Plug Inserts, Socket Inserts, Grommets, Interfacial Seals, Gaskets, O-Rings, Seals and Cable Grommets. Bespoke IT systems and sophisticated diagnostic software monitor and control each stage of the production process. Each job is individually bar-coded for efficiency, allowing for the tracking of its status right through to despatch. Over more than thirty five years expertise in producing components by injection, compression and transfer moulding techniques, this family business is in its third generation.
