| About | Xian XD High Voltage Bushing Co., Ltd. ("Xian Bushing" for short)is the largest condenser bushing and composite insulator manufacturer in China.Xian Bushing is affiliated to China XD Group, which is a specialized enterprise integrated by composite insulator institute of former Xian Electroceramic Research Institute and AC & DC condenser bushing manufacturer of Xian XD HV Porcelain Insulator Co., Ltd. both were established early in 1950's. Xian Bushing deals with the research, manufacture, sale and service of bushings, current transformers & potential transformers, composite insulators and related power materials, as well as materials, performance testers, and machining equipment. Xian Bushing staffs 298 personnel, including 61 with middle or above level professional titles, 58 engineers, and 10 postgraduate. We have powerful technical capability in the research and application of composite insulators and condenser bushings with accumulated experience of research, manufacture and service. We have established complete ISO quality assurance system. Xian Bushing has gained total 31 patents and 4 know-hows methods. We have got many awarded such as State, Provincial and Municipal Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress. Our oil-impregnated paper condenser transformer bushing series with short oil parts were awarded as the title of "Famous Product in Shaanxi Province" in 2005. Our main products include 24kV~1100 Oil-impregnated paper (OIP) condenser transformer bushings and reactor bushings; DC 200kV~ 800kV Resin-impregnated paper (RIP) condenser transformer bushings; 72.5kV~550kV Oil to SF6 OIP condenser transformer bushings; 40.5kV~750kV Oil to oil OIP condenser transformer bushings; 10kV~1000kV composite post insulators; 110kV~1000kV composite hollow insulators; 10kV~1000kV composite post insulators; and DC 800kV DC composite post insulators. Xian Bushing has invested RMB 500 million, and established Administration and R&D Building, Manufacturing Workshop, and HV Test Lab. We have advanced key equipment around the world such as one-complete-piece-of-paper winding machines and resin epoxy immersing systems for RIP bushing, as well as 2400T injecting & forming machines based on a total floor area of 80,000 square meters.
