| About | Xiamen Zhilong Hard Alloy Co., Ltd. is an international supplier of cemented carbide. Our company was restructured in September, 2009. The new divisions are now: equipment system and cemented carbide system. (A) Equipment System We are dedicated to the R&D, design and manufacture of high-quality equipment which is used in the whole procedure of 60 Bar pressure sintering furnaces, 10Bar low pressure sintering furnaces, vacuum sintering furnaces, extrusion machines, vertical half-burned dewaxing furnaces, drying ovens, fast drying wax into the mixers, cryogenic processors, wet ball-grinding machines, cutter-off machines and a variety of machines for machining before sintering. We have produced these machines for more than 10 years. We also have used these machines for more than 10 years. The valuable experience allows us to fully understand the advantages and the weaknesses of PVA (Germany), ALD (Germany) and SHIMADZU (Japan). We enhance security at key sites and simplify the operating procedure reasonably. We provide customers with customized solutions from a single source. These range from technology development through tailor-made design and construction of production facilities right up to an after-sales service. (B) Cemented Carbide System We are dedicated to producing and selling all kinds of hard alloy products and deep-processed products. Our main products are Carbide Cold Heading Dies, extruded bars and plates, tensile moulds, cemented carbide plates used for high-speed dies, carbide used in mining tools and special specification and deep processed products, which are widely used in the industry of standard parts, petroleum, mining, machinery, electronics, aerospace industry and military. We have the first-class production equipment, together with a large number of senior personnel, and we also continuously introduce advanced technology of Europe, the United States and Japan, continuing to develop the new application area of cemented carbide.
