XMEI is located in Xi'an High-Tech Development Area. The annual production capacity is over 40000kW for varied sizes of Induction heating/melting furnaces. Up to now, the biggest iron induction holding furnace with 45t/2000kW and the biggest copper induction melting furnace with 30t/3000kW in China are manufactured by XMEI, and both furnaces are running normal recently. Now, XMEI possesses the capability to produce the furnace with 50t of volume and the power supply of 6600 kW. Since 1999, XMEI have developed VF induction furnace with power sharing system and now possesses almost 1/3 of marketing share in China. This advanced product is also exported to Europe. XMEI developed the first set of computerized melting/heating managing system in China in 1999 and now more than 20 sets of mentioned systems are running in foundries of China.
