| About | Yakut Makina, which was established in 1969 by Mr. Erdogan YAKUTLU, as a small workshop at Gungoren-Istanbul, has taken place its distinguished position among the leading industrial companies of our country through its production being effectuated at its modern plant, located in Corlu-Tekirdag at a covered area of 3. 300 square meters over a land of 11. 000 square meter. Our firm that has specialized on all sorts of conveyor systems and special type conveyor chains in the years of its establishment has terminated the production of floor conveyors and special type conveyor chains between the years 1985-1995, and thereafter focused on the overhead conveyor systems where our firm has become a brand at the market. At current period, Yakut Makina has reached an approximate sales volume of nearly 3 millions euro out of an approximate number of 200 conveyors per year with its administrative and technical personnel of 11 persons and 35 employees working at the production line. Yakut Makina realizes the production of more than 70% of the requirement of Turkey mainly in the metal dying sector and then, from textile to enameled, from automotive to white goods and overhead conveyor systems, required in various industries. The proportion of direct export and sales registered as export has reached at the levels of 30% within the total turnover. The conveyor systems so exported are in use more than 25 countries of mainly Middle East and Commonwealth of Independent States.
