| About | Yuyao Hongshuo Mould Making Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 in Guangdong province with original name of SMAL MOULD, and moved into Zhejiang Province in 2002. At the same year, we changed our company's name from SMAL MOULD into Yuyao Hongshuo Mould Making Co., Ltd. We are a competitive enterprise of plastic injection mould and die-casting mould. Our company now is located in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, 45 kilometers west to Ningbo International Airport, 40 kilometers west to Ningbo Port, 70 kilometers east to Hangzhou International Airport and 10 kilometers south to Hangzhou Bay Bridge. The excellent road system gives access to all major industrial and tourist areas. At present, our company has more than 300 employees, including nearly 20 technicians and 8 inspectors. Covering an area of 10,000 square meters, our mould plant has advanced producing equipment. Our company has 7 sets of advanced CNC mills, high precision wire-cutting machines, EDM and spotting machines of 300T. The mould plant has the ability to make 40 sets of moulds per month. The injection department has more than 16 sets of advanced injection machines ranging from 45 tons to 780 tons. We passed ISO9001:2000 certification in the year of 2002. |
