We carry out all the follow up work from yarn to finish with online, midline and final inspections without any compromise in quality and the more without bothering you. We are extremely aware that as today's global crisis, cost and quality plays a major role in the trade. Our Method of follow up. ; 1. Once the manufacturer is selected and orders given to them, a first fit sample for style and fit in substitute fabric will be made and sent to you. 2. Labdips for the colors will be sent to you for approval. 3. Fabric cutting from bulk will be sent to you for your approval for quality and colors. 4. Pre production sample in actual color with the required artworks and accessories will be sent to you for your approval. 5. Size set samples will be checked by us before a go ahead is given for cutting the fabric after you approve them. 6. A pilot inspection will be carried out before starting bulk production confirming that the reqired changes if any has been incorporated and then a go ahead is given for sewing. 7. A random inline ionspection on all sizes will be conducted to see the workmanship standard is maintained and measurements are under controland quality is as required. 8. A mid inspection will be conducted to see that there is no deviations from the inline inspection and the accessories are as required. 9. After packing, a final inspection will be conducted for quality and fit, without any compromise. 10. Will co ordinate with the forwarder for shipments without any delay.
