| About | Zhangjiagang Lonlee Spandex Yarn Plant, established in 2003, has been one of the biggest polyurethane yarn factories in Zhangjiagang City. Our factory is sited at the west side of the bonded zone-Chenyang Town, which is located at the Development Zone along the river and the economically developed area in the south of Jiangsu Province. To the south by the Taihu Lake, our factory lies in the Yangtze River Delta center of China. With crisscross highways and well-developed water and land transportation, our factory enjoys convenient transportation access. All of our products comply with international quality standards and are greatly appreciated in a variety of different markets throughout the world. With total investment of RMB 30 million, an area of more than 60 acres, 20 Cover Yarn Machines imported from Japan and 5 1000-type texturing machines, our factory has an annual output of over 8000 tons of DTY and Spandex Wrap Yarns. Our main products are High-Elastic Silk with special fiber-yak wool, Polyester Wrap Yarns, Polyamide Fiber Wrap Yarns and other related products. Our polyurethane yarns, introduced from LYCRA of DuPont Company and some international well-known brands, are the best materials for elastic fabrics, and our high-elastic silk can get elasticity permanently without polyurethane. With cotton feeling and good application prospect of replacing polyurethane, high-elastic silk has attracted much concern from the TEXTILE INDUSTRY and become competitive new product in the future Elastic Fabric Market.
