| About | Zhejiang Huangyan Jiangxin Forging Co., Ltd., located in Huangyan - "Mould Town", Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, was founded in 1995. We are an executive member of Confederation of Chinese Metal-forming Industry and the technical partner of Beijing Research Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Technology. Now we have a strong team of technicians and managing staff members including 128 administrative personnel and 650 employees. Our factory covers an area of 65,000 square meters, with a fixed asset of 120 million Yuan and a yearly output exceeding 180 million Yuan. We mainly produce steel forging parts for applications in automobiles, motorcycles, general-purpose vehicles, and hardware rigging with the weight ranging from 0.1 to 20kg, and the dimensional precision up to the requirements of GB/T 12363-90. With the request of customers, we produce products up to Quality Standard EN10243-1: Quality Standard 1999 Level E, HUSQVARNA Quality Standard, and VDA relative quality certificates. We have constantly updated our equipment, which now includes: 1. 38 production lines equipped with J55 series high power screw presses 2. FP series hot die forging presses and J53 series friction presses 3. Intermediate frequency furnaces for heating of blanks with induction heating technology 4) Automatic roll forging machines and taper/cross rolling machines for producing blanks 5) RCW series mesh belt furnace for heat treatment 6) SPECTRD direct reading spectrometers 7) Metallurgical microscopes 8) Three-dimensional numerical measuring machines These, and other physical/chemical inspection instruments, ensure that all production processes are well controlled, and fully comply with our quality control system. The catalogue of our products: crankshafts and connecting rods for motorbike and generators, hardware rigging; and minitype precious forging parts for gardening and engineering machines, with high quality up to the similar products abroad, advanced crankshafts equipment, and top-ranking physical/chemical inspection instruments. We have already had series productions for precious small crankshaft forgings and scissors and precious forgings to Europe and America. The four new crankshafts, connecting rods and poised axles with 650cc and 700cc for great power motorcycles have been finalized the moulds, which directly matched with the domestic joint venture companies.
