| About | The predecessor of Zhejiang Songchuan Gas Meter and Appliance Co.,LTD was Wenling Songchuan Gas Meter Appliance Factory which was established in June ,1993. For more than 15 years, the company has maintained a good momentum of development, leading to the increasing strength and expanding size of the enterprise. In order to adapt to the requirements of operation, on 1st January ,2003, the name with verification and approval from departments in charge all was changed into Zhejiang Songchuan Gas Meter and Appliance Co.,LTD. The change of the name signals a new life of the company. The company whose plant boundary is 12000 square meter s with its factory buildings occupying about 15000 square meters, is located in Wenling, Zhejiang province. It is a share-holding system company with its property amounting to 30 million RMB. As a professional manufacturer of gas meter, we have a set of complete equipment for production. The size of the casting factory is 960 square meters. We have totally 8 different types of die-casting machines in use ,such as one of the machines weighing about 250 tons. Besides, the finishing department which is equipped with about 200 machines such as turning machine, milling, plane, machine for rubbing, and drill, ,has the size of about 1000 square meters. The assembly workshop has six assembly lines. What is more, one flow line is for assembly and checkout of master leaf of IC card, and another one is packaging production line. The standard gas meter testing room with the central air conditioners installed has the size of 500 Square meters. And there are about 40 gas meter checking machines. We are able to produce gas meter totally by ourselves, and we have the production license of bell type gas flow-rate standard. Presently , we have already become a company which can produce gas meter about 1 million units per year. That satisfying the customers being our forever pursuit is the company quality policy. The guiding ideology for all the activities is being customer-oriented. In order to guarantee the stability of the products after leaving the factory , we definitely have all the products passed the 12-hours running-in of the rated maximum flow rate . In the testing room, the self-developed 6-station integrated automatic intelligent inspecting table which is researched and developed by ourselves is properly used. Its accuracy with the outstanding merit that it absolutely avoids the man-made mistakes is much more precise than is the traditional testing condition. In the aspect of the testing on the minimum flow-rate error, our company makes the testing approach much better. We use the 32-station low flow-rate inspecting table, truly realizing the standard that each gas meter leaves the factory with the qualified minimum flow rate error. Apart from providing customers with the gas meter with excellence performance and good quality, we are more considerate to our customers.
